Question: What is Hubley & Associates?

Answer:  We are an independent recruiting firm that places qualified candidates with Class A driving positions that fits their needs.

Question:  What do I do if I think that there is something on my DAC report that shouldn't be there?

Question:  How long is the application turn around time?

Answer:  Since we recruit for 45+ carriers, this varies from carrier to carrier.  It can be from 24 hours up to 2 weeks!

Question:  How long is the typical orientation?

Answer:  This varies with each company but the average is 3-5 days

Question: Where do I find information about the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration?  I want to know about the current laws and regulations.

Answer:  Go to https://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/

Question:  What carriers do you recruit for?

Answer:  We have a multitude of carriers, not all of them service all areas.  Our carriers are Arnold, Averitt, Cardinal. Comcar, CR England. CRST, EW Wylie, Eastern Freightways, EPES Transport, Estes Express, Florilli Transportation, Gordon Trucking, Heartland Express, JB Hunt, Koch Companies, Kold Trans, Kreilcamp Trucking, Mesilla Valley Transportation, Metropolitan Trucking, NFI, P&S Transportation, Pride Transport, Quality Carriers, Roadrunner, Schilli Corporation, Schneider, Sharkey Transportation, Smith Transport, Swift, US Xpress, Venture Logistics, Westside Transport, Western Flyer Express, & Wiley Sanders!  This may not be a complete list but it is most of the ones we recruit for!

Question: How old do I have to be to go to trucking school?

Answer:  21

Question:  Do I have to have my Class A permit to go to trucking school?

Answer: Yes

Question:  Does your company guarantee employment with any carrier?

Answer: No!  Carriers take applications from us and then determine on their own if you will be hired or not.  We are here to get you to the best company that fits your situation.

Question:  I have a Class B license, can you all hire me?

Answer:  Yes and No!  We cannot hire for Class B positions, but we can see that you get to school to get your Class A license.

Question:  I do not have any endorsements, can you all still help me find a position?

Answer: Yes, we have many positions that do no require any endorsements.
